The core service
Eighteen Craft works two ways. OEM means we manufacture a bag you have already designed, working from your tech pack, drawings or a physical sample. ODM means we develop the design with you, starting from a concept, a mood board or an existing style we can modify under your brand.
Both routes run through the same in-house chain: style development, material selection, colour and hardware customization, sampling, mass production and quality control. A brand with a finished design usually starts at OEM; a seller who wants to launch quickly without an in-house design function starts at ODM. Eighteen Craft holds no third-party audit certificates, and we state that plainly rather than implying otherwise. Quality is controlled through process: incoming material inspection, in-line checks during cutting and sewing, a pre-production sample that the line copies, and a final random inspection at AQL 2.5 before packing. Buyers are welcome to book their own third-party inspection.
