Eighteen Craft manufactures custom backpacks — laptop and business packs, commuter styles, travel backpacks and casual daypacks — mainly in polyester and nylon Oxford, with an MOQ from about 500 pieces.
Eighteen Craft manufactures custom urban commuter bags — messenger bags, crossbody and sling styles, and convertible daily-carry designs — with an MOQ from about 500 pieces per design.

OEM vs ODM
OEM — you supply the design, tech pack or a physical sample and we manufacture to it. Fastest route when your product is already defined.
ODM — you supply a concept, sketch or reference and we develop the product: pattern making, material plan, hardware selection and prototyping. Suited to brands without an in-house design team.
Both run through the same one-stop sequence — concept, style development, material selection, colour and hardware customisation, sampling, mass production and quality control.

Roughly 500 employees and about 500,000 pieces of monthly capacity, with orders from 500 pieces. Quality control runs across incoming material inspection, written pre-production sample sign-off, in-line sewing checks, an end-of-line functional check and a final random inspection on an AQL 2.5 style plan.
Eighteen Craft holds no certifications and displays none. Verify us with a sample, a visit or an independent inspector.

MOQ starts at approximately 500 pieces per style across all eight categories. It is set deliberately low so a new design can be tested in the market before committing to volume. Complex constructions or custom-developed materials can raise it.
Yes. OEM means we manufacture to your finished design or tech pack. ODM means we develop the product with you from a sketch, a reference sample or a product concept — pattern making, material selection and prototyping included. Both routes run through the same production and quality control.

Sampling typically takes 7–12 days once the specification and materials are confirmed. Bulk production typically runs 25–40 days after written sample approval, depending on quantity, category and customisation depth.
Yes. Orders are polybagged, cartoned, labelled and palletised to your requirements, and we quote FOB by default. We can also work to EXW or arrange freight where you prefer us to handle it, and we prepare the documentation the destination market requires.
