Minimum order quantity
MOQ from about 500 pieces per style. For sets, the minimum applies per component style, so a 3-piece set typically means 500 of each size.
The minimum is set deliberately low so a new storage & organizer bag design can be validated in the market before you commit capital to volume. It is the difference between testing three styles and betting everything on one.
MOQ varies with material availability, colour count and construction complexity — custom-developed materials or custom hardware tooling raise it. Capacity of about 500,000 pieces per month means the same line handles your scale-up when the test succeeds.
Lead times
Bulk production time starts at written sample approval, not at inquiry — the single most common source of timeline misunderstanding in bag sourcing. Plan backwards from your in-market date accordingly.

Every order passes incoming material inspection, written pre-production sample sign-off, in-line checks during sewing, an end-of-line functional check and a final random inspection on an AQL 2.5 style sampling plan.

Yes — no bulk order goes ahead without an approved pre-production sample. Sample charges depend on whether we are working from stock materials or sourcing something specific, and we quote them explicitly before starting. Sample cost is commonly credited against a confirmed bulk order.
Polyester from 210D to 600D, nylon and ripstop from 30D to 400D, recycled polyester (rPET), canvas, and PU or synthetic leather for trim and pull tabs. Mesh panels and water-resistant linings are specified separately.
