Eighteen Craft manufactures bags and luggage for global brand owners, wholesalers, retailers, trading companies and e-commerce businesses on an OEM and ODM basis. Quality control runs at every stage: incoming material inspection, written pre-production sample sign-off, in-line sewing checks, an end-of-line functional check and a final random inspection on an AQL 2.5 style plan. The goal is that the third order matches the first.

Eighteen Craft takes orders from approximately 500 pieces per style. It rises for custom-dyed materials, custom-tooled hardware or unusually complex constructions, and it applies per style rather than per order.
What's the difference between OEM and ODM bag manufacturing?
OEM means Eighteen Craft manufactures to your finished design, tech pack or physical sample. ODM means we develop the product with you from a concept or reference — pattern making, material plan, hardware selection and prototyping included — and you sell it under your brand. Both run through the same production and quality control.
How long does sampling and production take?
Sampling typically takes 7–12 days once the specification and materials are confirmed. Bulk production typically runs 25–40 days after written pre-production sample approval, depending on quantity, category and customisation depth.
How much does it cost to manufacture bags?
